Results Analytics is one way to view search results when using Paragon Connect. This view gives statistical graphics that allow you to quickly generate beautiful images that can be quickly exported and added to a presentation. This search result style allows you to update the search criteria on the page to quickly update the graphics and make the statistics work for you.

How to use the Results Analytics Search Results

Expand the "Criteria Summary" container at the top of the page to view the criteria used to generate the results.

Insights: A detailed review offering insights into the specific statuses relevant to your search, ensuring a focused and tailored presentation of data for your listing results.

Insights: A comprehensive overview of days on market (DOM), a key indicator of property turnover. It showcases the high, low, average, and median DOM values derived from the listing results. These metrics offer invaluable insights into the pace at which properties are bought or sold, providing crucial information for both buyers and sellers alike.

Insights: The high, low, average, and median values of the listing results. It’s worth noting that while a higher price per square foot doesn’t always imply overvaluation, and a lower price per square foot doesn’t necessarily denote a bargain, this calculation provides valuable benchmarks for assessing property value within the subset.

Insights: The sale-to-list ratio is calculated by dividing the combined final sale prices (the amounts paid by buyers) by the last list prices of the properties sold, expressed as a percentage. When this ratio exceeds 100%, it indicates that the listings sold for more than their list prices. Conversely, if the ratio falls below 100%, it signifies that the listings sold for less than their list prices. This metric provides valuable insight into the pricing dynamics of real estate transactions, helping to assess whether properties are selling above or below their listed values.
