Property Watch

Use Paragon Connect's Property Watch to keep an eye on specific properties.
 
A property watch is triggered when a public record change occurs for a selected property. Some examples of public record changes that trigger a property watch include:

  • Foreclosure

  • ARM Reset

  • Lien status change

  • Listing on MLS

  • New loan

  • Ownership change

  • Tax delinquency

  • Valuation change

Expand each section to learn more.

Find the desired property and zoom in on the map as close as possible.

Then, click on the desired property, but not on the flag if the property has one.

Once the desired property is selected, click on the eye icon at the top right add the property to your Property Watch list.

When a Property is being watched, it will stay highlighted in blue until you stop watching the property.

in and a parcel is selected, you can also view the detail of the property and access 3rd party integrations.

Open the menu and select "My Content" then "Property Watches".

You can click on "Unwatch" the property and remove it from this list.

Click on "Details" to view property public record and valuations, if available.
