Use the Paragon Connect dashboard to review client comments. Notifications will appear around the client's profile icon as well in the "Unread Comments" widget.
Click on the orange bubble on the client's profile icon or on the comment in the Dashboard widget to open the comments.
You can reply to the comment or click/tap to email/call the client.
Click on the overflow menu to open the detail report for the specific property being commented on.

Agents can review client comments within the specific Contact Viewer portal for the client.
After opening the client's contact viewer, click on "Comments" to review communication.
This will open a log of all comments made on all properties by the client, and will include any agent replies.
Note that you can search for addresses / listings, filter comments, or open the overflow menu to email / call the client, open their Collaboration Center, or click to Invite the client to use the Collaboration Center App (if available).
Comments that are in BOLD have not been read yet by the Agent.
Click or tap on a listing's comment to review the communication.
Client Comments
Clients can make comments on specific listings in their Collaboration Center.
When viewing listings, clients click on "comment" which opens the dialogue with their agent.
They can make comments, or click/tap to call or email their agent.
They can also expand the overflow menu to view the detail report of the listing.
Request a Showing is a specific type of comment and allows the client to request a specific time to view the property.
This communication only goes to the client's agent.
